Sintered AZS products
Introduction:
The sintered zirconium corundum is made of zircon and alumina, and the ZrO2 content is generally below 20%. Its microstructural feature is that fine oblique zircon particles are uniformly dispersed between the main crystalline phase mullite and corundum, forming a dense crystalline network with few glass phases.
Advantages:
Good thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, resistance to glass erosion, resistance to slag erosion
Application:
Melting tank, superstructure, feeder channel of glass melting furnace
